Privacy Policy
Your timekeeping data stays on your devices and, when enabled, in your private iCloud account.

Your data in the app
Panda Timekeeper is developed by Yan-David Erlich. It stores the timers, routines, alarms, world clocks, time-zone preferences, and settings you create on your device. You can use its local features without creating a Panda Timekeeper account.
The app has no advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking. We do not operate an app server that receives your timekeeping data, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.
iCloud and widgets
When iCloud is available, saved timekeeping data can sync between your Apple devices through Apple’s CloudKit service in your private iCloud database. We do not have access to that private database. Apple processes iCloud data under its own privacy policy and your Apple Account settings.
The app and its widgets share world-clock settings locally through an Apple App Group so widgets can display your selected cities.
Permissions and notifications
On iPhone, AlarmKit and Live Activities provide the alerts and timer controls you choose to enable. On Mac, alerts use system notifications. These permissions do not send your timekeeping data to us. You can change alarm, notification, Live Activity, and iCloud permissions in your device’s settings.
Deleting your data
You can delete your saved timers, routines, alarms, and world clocks in the app. Deletions of synced content can propagate to your other devices through iCloud. Removing the app deletes its local app data, but does not necessarily remove data stored in iCloud, backups, or on other devices. Manage any remaining iCloud data and backups through your Apple Account’s storage settings.
We cannot retrieve or delete the contents of your private iCloud database on your behalf.
Support and this website
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and troubleshoot, and retain correspondence as needed to handle the request and related follow-up. You can ask us to delete that correspondence.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to the website.
